GETTING STARTED

During the discovery process with our Business Consultant, we will figure out which areas we can help with. After that, we will package your needs to provide you with a plan of action and an operations outlook with the range of services First Initiative provides. A monthly charge will apply for these services and will be determined at the time of discovery.

Requirements to Getting Started:

1. Google Business Account

2. Branded Email Address for Client Communications & Scheduling

3. Current Phone Provider Statement for Porting Number

4. HubSpot CRM

*If any of these systems are not currently set up, there will be an initial set up charge that will be determined through the discovery process.​

 

PHONE SERVICES

Using one of the industry leading online VoIP (voice over internet protocol), Go To Connect by Jive Communications, we can answer your calls and make calls on your behalf, while being branded as YOUR company. A requirement for this service will be getting your existing number ported into our system. After you will be charged monthly for your phone number hosting and user usage ($35 a month per user). There will be a set up and transfer charge of $275 to get the process started.

SCHEDULING ASSISTANCE & COMMUNICATIONS

Utilizing the Google Business platform, we will assist in your day-to-day operations managing your calendar events, such as professional meetings, lead/quoting meetings, job schedule, and any other scheduling needs.

CLIENT/LEAD RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)

We want you to grow! Lead management and client relationship management are very important to your business growth. We will manage all your client communications, lead follow-ups and communications, and lead sales tracking while maintaining a clean database. We utilize a free, robust database called HubSpot CRM. All of our phone calls with customers will be noted in the CRM as well.
